Track Name: Moving to L.A.
Dear mom and dad
I've got a few things that I need to say
Need to get this off my chest
It can't escape the light of day
See I'm in love with someone
And I've known him for a while
Yes I said him
We met each other online

So I'm moving to L.A.
Escaping this Midwest town
And all the rumors and gossip
That have always brought me down
Yes I'm in love with a man
And he's always been good to me
So I'm moving to L.A.
To pursue my goals and dreams

Dear little sis
You might not understand this today
just know I love you
More than I could ever say
See it's time for me to move on
In order for me to be free
so I'm going far away
But you'll always be a part of me

I'm moving to L.A.
escaping this Midwest town
And all the rumors and gossip
That have always brought me down
Yes I'm in love with a man
And he's always been good to me
So I'm moving to L.A.
To pursue my goals and dreams

Track Name: Akebulan ft. Kaoz, SirRah, Tim Dillinger, David Sosa and Kare Alford
"AKEBULAN"
by Eddy J. Free

-poem-

Akebulan...
I saw it in pictures and dreams
Vast landscapes of gold and green
Home of pharoahs and kings
builders of empire

Birthplace of humanity
and somewhere buried deep
in our genetic code
we all call it home.

Subject of mystery
so much lost to history
Generations upon generations
thousands of years old...

Ancient...beyond recall
Indominatable as a pyramid's wall
Strong as the roots of the baobab tree
or the force of 1,000 elephants memories
who never forget what they saw

From golden plains to Saharan sand grains
From Somalian ports
To the Ghanian shores
of the Atlantic slave trade
-The last site of home
For millions of the displaced.

We feel the restlessness of the ancestral natives
as they stir uncomfortably
and remind us of the need of the children
and their grief

We all owe her our gratitude
For she gave birth
to Life
And so this is why we call her
Mother Africa

[FREESTYLE RAP BY KAOZ]

-Chorus-
I'm trying to get back where I came from
I'm trying to remember where I've been
I'm trying to remember where I came from
Mothership, Motherland, Mother Africa

I'm trying to get back where I came from
I'm trying to remember who I am
I'm trying to remember where I came from
Mothership, Motherland, Mother Africa
Track Name: Frozen
FROZEN written and composed by Eddy J. Free

VERSE 1
I ain't worried bout nothin' today
Tired of livin' my life that way
Came all the way out to outer space
Just lookin' for some kind of escape.
I ain't worried bout nothin' today
Tired of livin' my life that way
Came all the way out to outer space
Just lookin' for some kind of escape.
Don't wanna be frozen
Don't wanna be frozen
Don't wanna be frozen in this place
Don't wanna be frozen in time
I just wanna get what's mine
Sometimes I feel like I'm livin' a crime
Sometimes I feel like I'm livin' a lie.

CHORUS
Put me to rest in a cryogenic tube.
Don't wake me up 'til it's 2092.
Put me to rest in a cryogenic tube.
Don't wake me up 'til its' 2092.

VERSE 2
Sometimes it hurts just to...
Sometimes it hurts just to be alive
Sometimes I feel like I'd rather die
But I don't wanna go out that way.
Ain't worryin' bout nothin' today
Tired of livin my life that way
Came all the way out to outer space
Just lookin' for some kind of escape
Out here on planet 9
Out here on planet 9
Out here on planet 9
just lookin' to get away
U got me feelin' this vibe
Sometimes it hurts just to be alive.

CHORUS
Put me to rest in a cryogenic tube.
Don't wake me up 'til it's 2092.
Put me to rest in a cryogenic tube.
Don't wake me up 'til it's 2092.
(repeat)
Track Name: Incommunicado
We used to talk
We used to love
We used to eat
We used to touch
We used to laugh
We used to
hold each other's hands

We used to play
We used to dance
We used to sleep
We used to drink
We used to love
We to hold each other

Now we don't speak anymore
Now we don't love anymore
Now we don't talk anymore

Incommunicado
Love life's so staccato
Conversation's
Like the rhythm of this song

We used to meet
We used to smile
We used to walk for miles and miles
We used to make love til the break of dawn
We used to play
We used to dance
We used to sleep
We used to eat
We used to drink
We used to hold each other

Now we don't speak anymore
Now we don't love anymore
Now we don't talk anymore

Incommunicado
Love Life's so staccato
Conversation’s
Like the rhythm of this song

We don't even make love anymore
